    1. Thank you, Ralph. 🙂 It rained for awhile, but the rain ended close to sunset, which is when I took this picture. Yes, we do need more rainfall here so that we can recover from the drought that we have had for the past few years.

      During the autumn and winter months, the weather in Sacramento gets cold, rainy, and foggy. It rarely snows here. In the many years I have lived here, it snowed only once. That was the only time there was enough snow to make a snowman. The rain sometimes turns into hail when it is very cold, but the hailstones are usually small and melt quickly once they hit the ground.
